With a subscription to Barrett Designs, you can add as many design requests as you want to your queue. We will address each request sequentially.

Typically, most design requests are fulfilled within 24 business hours or less. However, please note that requests with higher complexity might require additional time.

We recognize that sometimes you might not have a full month's worth of design needs. If you only have a few requests at a time, you can pause your subscription. Our billing cycles span 30 days. For example, if you subscribe and use our services for 21 days before pausing, your billing cycle will freeze, leaving you 9 days of service to use whenever you like in the future.

Barrett Designs offers a flexible approach for submitting design requests through Trello. Clients commonly request designs via direct Trello entries, by sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or through brief Loom videos for those who prefer not to write out their requests. Essentially, any method that can link to or be shared in Trello is acceptable.

If the design doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry. We will continue to revise it until you are completely satisfied.

That's completely okay. You can pause your subscription once your single request is fulfilled and resume it when you have more design needs. This way, you won't waste any remaining subscription time.

Considering the high-quality nature of our work, Barrett Designs does not issue refunds.
